We are excited to announce that clients of The Benefit Bank of South Carolina can now complete applications for Medical Benefits and Family Independence (Cash Assistance) along with their SNAP applications.
Please follow these simple steps for easy, online training:
1. Go to www.thebenefitbank.com
2. Log in to the counselor portal page using your login name and password. If you need assistance contact TBB Help Desk toll free at 866-887-6060.
3. Click the Training Tab
4. Click the "SC Medical Benefits Update Training" link under the "REFRESHER COURSES" header. You will download and print the new guide and training scenario.
5. Click the "Training Web Site" link to complete the scenario and update your training.
Remember, you're not alone, we're here to help. Help Desk Hours are Monday - Friday 9 -5 pm EST.
